We partner with a local apiary to procure unfiltered, raw, wildflower honey. We then work in small batches to gently infuse our honeys with a variety of natural ingredients over the course of three weeks to three months to accentuate and elevate the natural qualities of the honey. We do not use any preservatives and let the natural qualities of the ingredients shine through. The characteristics of each batch will fluctuate with the seasons and reflect the qualities of the organic life in the area. We hope each jar brings something special to your home.
