If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you with the following options.

  • Exchange or Return of defective/damaged merchandise within 30 days of original purchase.

  • Shipping on defective/damaged merchandise will be paid for by Microbrew Tea Co.. Please email hello@microbrewteaco.com to get a pre-paid shipping label sent to you.

  • Exchange or Return of non-food merchandise, with receipt and in good condition, within 30 days of original purchase.

  • Shipping on exchanges or returns for non-food merchandise, with receipt and in good condition, will be paid by customer.
